It is also known as Hermitage of San Mames because it makes an important pilgrimage in honor of this saint, which has displaced the holder. This is a XIII century building, with modifications to the XIV, XV and XVIII, located in the Llanos de la Belleza (aka Flats of Beauty) on the ribera of Chanza. The hermitage was built over a Roman temple belonging to the remains of a city forum. Movable heritage of this chapel features a polychrome wood sculpture sitting in San Pedro Pope by Juan Remesal in 1634, located in the igles of Saint Maria Assunta of Aroche.
