The pointed arches, ribbed vaults and the main facade is the fourteenth century. The sanctuary was remodeled in the mid XVI. This work is linked to Hernán Ruiz II. Already in the first third of the eighteenth century the lateral portals are built, the nave of the Tabernacle and rebuilt the sacristy. After the earthquake of Lisbon, Pedro de Silva reports on the work to be done to consolidate the temple and built the tower. The furniture of the church include the altarpieces (work by Juan Garcia, El Mayor), the Baptistery and the goldsmith.
