Region
The Darts are held mainly in Aracena, but also in other populations as Linares de la Sierra. In this event children are combined, the fire and darts, gadgets stringing facts chestnut leaves in an olive thin rod whose tip is placed in a chestnut that keeps leaves out. The darts are fired into previously lit fires in the streets and children forming the beautiful figures spinning in the night light of autumn. The origins of the festival is clearly pagan, with a leading presence of magic-religious in connection with the cleansing fire and the change of seasons.
In Zufre also a festival with the same protagonist, children and fire, but here are "trinkets" you made with some twigs that maottal to burn, then stained with the facades, to "protect" the houses.
